WHAT IS NON SURGICAL SPINAL DECOMPRESSION – (NSSD)?

NSSD is a non-invasive treatment for chronic lower back, neck, leg, and arm pain – particularly for bulging or herniated discs, compressed or pinched nerves, degenerative disc disease (DDD), radiculopathy and sciatica.
Non Invasive
Convenient – no downtime from normal activities
Natural – drug free

As a result of the gentle stretch and release protocols on the specific disc, negative pressure is created over time. This vacuum effect encourages any herniated material back into the disc taking pressure off the nerves and reducing chronic pain.

NON SURGICAL SPINAL CARE
OFFERS AN ALTERNATIVE TO SURGERY

Treatments are extremely gentle, non-invasive and suitable for chronic conditions in the cervical (neck) and lumbar (lower back) regions of the spine.

Conditions most responsive are lower back and neck pain, sciatica, arm and/or leg pain caused by bulging discs, disc herniations and degenerative disc disease.

Taking the pressure off the discs and joints, through gentle and specifically targeted stretching of the spine, to reduce pain and improve mobility.

THE DECOMPRESSION TABLE

A Decompression Table is a sophisticated medical mechanism, driven by a specifically designed computerised system which provides extremely gentle, precise, and effective pulling forces to draw apart the vertebrae and release the pressure surrounding a particular disc.

Seven sensors in the table continually monitor the patient to ensure the correct treatment is delivered. This mechanical treatment delivers a consistent treatment.

THE TREATMENTS – WHAT TO EXPECT

Once positioned on the table, with legs raised for added comfort, a personalised and unique program will be set to deliver the exact gentle force required during the 20-minute decompression treatment.

There is no need to undress or even take off your shoes and with the room lights dimmed, you will be encouraged to relax, meditate, or sleep during the treatment.
